How I Started
I was a corporate executive, too.
Prior to starting my coaching practice, I worked for years in the consumer packaged goods industry rising through the ranks of brand marketing eventually becoming a corporate executive at Coca-Cola in Canada.
During this time, I witnessed and experienced both the struggles and fulfillment that comes with leadership. Most significantly, I recognized the opportunity for individuals, teams, and organizations, when leaders were given the right tools to succeed.
Now, for over 15 years, I’ve supported leaders from around the globe. My approach supports individuals and groups in their creation of sustained solutions for impact.
