My Story

My passion is helping leaders thrive in their roles, confidently.

Prior to starting my coaching practice, I spent 20 years in the consumer-packaged goods industry rising from brand management to senior executive.

While in senior leadership - specifically as Senior Vice-President at Coca-Cola in Canada - I engaged a professional coach and benefited from the coaching process immensely. I gained greater understanding of myself; new awareness of my strengths, values, and personal motivators; and increased levels of self-confidence. The experience was transformative as it led me to embrace my passion for helping leaders thrive in their roles, confidently.

In 2004 I left the corporate world to start my own coaching practice. I have since worked with senior executives, leaders, and future leaders across a wide range of industries, professional organizations, and government; and while the mission and goals of organizations differ significantly, the needs of sustainable high performing leadership are the same.

Professional executive coaching has come a long way, and through training, continuous courses, and thousands of hours of coaching leaders, I’ve learned countless techniques and approaches to coaching for the benefits of my clients.

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation; an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC - 2008); and a trained Organization and Relationship Systems (team) Coach (ORSC) with CRRGlobal.
